  1. I want to setup a heartbeat between a ControlLogix and a PLC-5. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a reliable way to do it so the PLC-5 doesn't have to send a message? Thanks, Scott

  3. Does anyone know how to programmatically determine/retrieve the device name of a PanelView Plus (at runtime) either by using RSView ME or by using the PLC program? I'm using a Contrologix processor with a PV+ 700. Thanks for any help, Scott
