    Hi MPM Yes i have assiged a IP address to the terminal in comms settings. But i can't create a project ver 8.1 bucause i only hav cx-designer ver 2.1. Do you thing it is the reason?? Then i have to upgrade my cx-one. Banker

    Hi I have downloaded Recovery update 8.1 to a NSJ12 V2 panel. I don't how to connect to the web server. I have tried by my IE 7 192.168.250.2 but it doesn't work. The NS panel is set for FTP/Web enable. And I can use the FTP part. ftp://192.168.250.2 Banker

    Hi Mike31 You can use CXP instruction help to find the instruction you need. I don't have cxp here but i think the instruction help you need is BIN. But try to insert a instruction an press detail. Banker

    Hi ECSI I was told by Omron that the print is the same as if you make a screen print to the CF card. And that is with background color. I can't get the printer to work. I think it because i don't have the correct printer. The printers that are supported by the NS is not on the marked any more. If you can get the NS to print to a printer i will be very interested to now what printer you use. Banker

    Hi all I Need advice for connecting to NSJ controllers. I need to share 32 real val. and 64 bool but how. Blending unit 1: NSJ12 Ethernet build in NSJ connected to PC 1 with CXS via Switch. Profibus master build in NSJ. Blending unit 2: NSJ12 Ethernet build in NSJ connected to PC 2 with CXS via Switch. Profibus master build in NSJ. It is 2 separated blending systems with 2 control panels located in the same control room. Can I use the build in ethernet? PS. I don't want do use the 2 CXS PC as gateways. Banker

    Hi You can setup the card via th IO table and unit setup. Let the CXP generate the IO table for you. After that seleckt the analog card and right hand click on the card then you can set the card up. Banker Btw. why are you using D2801 and not 2801

    Hi DM or D. mem. is only for "word" instruction ex. MOV. +,-,*,/, ect. W for bit work. SET, RSET ect. H for Word and bit but retain. Hope this can help you. Banker

    Hi I have made continous weighing system with Omron PLC. But this system is with a bin placed on 3 loadcell. The feeding is with a screwfeeder. Screwspeed controlled by VFD. I take a sample from the weighing transmitter every 200 msec. Make som calculation and transfere the result to a PID. Not Omron PID. The Omron PID can't do Aut./man bumpless. Try to make small diagram and post it. Banker

    Hi sathaporn Don't think Omron PID instruction have real bunpless transfere yet. One of the reason there is somthing called cx-prosess lcb-05??? . PID is not Omron's strongest point in the PLC. look at Siemens and AB. fare better. in PID Banker

    Hi I have a NSJ12 with integrated Profibus Card. My problem is that I can't download to the Card. I have not problem with download by CX-designer or CX-programmer. I have tried profibus download via USB and Serial. I the CX-Profibus I can't find any settings for the online connection. Banker
