    Now it works. So finally procedure looks like:

    first start - write 1,1,1 to P_Input, I_Input, D_Input and set Write_PID_Input

    after that,  set ENABLE=1  set also START_AT=1.

    After some time OUT_P, OUT_I, OUT_D will get new values.

    Now I have question:

     START_AT should be all the time =1 and values  OUT_P, OUT_I, OUT_D will be optimized or just once to get new   OUT_P, OUT_I, OUT_D.

    After I receive new  values OUT_P, OUT_I, OUT_D should I write this values to P_Input, I_Input, D_Input for future needs. When I will need it - when PLC battery will be low?

    When I use vector font f.e. Ariel I have polish characters, but in the past I had problem that during poor connection via web interface NB freezed and fields with vector fonts were missed and the only way to see fields was panel reset. Bitmap fonts worked every time and thats why I prefer use bitmat fonts - then I do not use any font name in NB Designer - only size - so what font is it. What should I add to Windows

    Hi, I have 2 laptops and regional settings for Windows are the same, but one laptop doesn't have polish character as below. In message window I have polish font, but on the left in Panel viewer I have empty character. The same application in second PC shows correct polish characters. Do you have any idae when I set map character?

    Fast question I have encoder 1000 pulses per one revolution, and I set in settings "Differential Phase Input" - so I have 4000 pulses for each revolution. To use PRV2 - C2 needs information about pulses per revolution. Should I set #1000 or #4000

    I uploaded program from PLC I know what starts interrups (Int 140) - build-in high speed counter input, but I have no idea what is execution for (Int 03). Both interrupts are with flag in CXP so they come from Input. They are not schedule interrupt Can you give me a clue? I tried to attach screenshoot, but I have problem to make it - I choose file, but I cannot upload it - does it work or how to do it in new website, in old one it worked

    Hi, Till now I used ETN port to communicate with PC using FINS. Soon I will have project where inverters with Ethernte/IP will be connected to my CJ2M . I am not yet familiar with Ethernet/IP so my questions is if the same port I can use for: - Ethernet/IP communication - FINS command to PC - NB panel via ETN Pawel

    Noone is familira with that. I found some topic on myomron My link and there is procedure to set automatic adjust for NJ from internet. Even Clock server is in different subnet still it can be done. I tried to do with CP1L-EM, but I am not sure if seetings are enough to do Another way to adjust PLC time I think can be: In my application I have PLC 10.10.90.50 which is connected to PC with 10.10.90.51. I set PC to automatic clock synchronize from 10.10.0.2 and it works. I found topic how to set PC as a Time server but I don't have registry from example in my PC If it works I could set in PLC automatic adjust to IP of my PC 10.10.90.51 Am I right? Can you give any clue how to set everything? thanks

    CP1L-EM with built-in Ethernet The only working Clock server has to be in the same subnet - any routing can work. When I transfer parameters I have to switch power ON/OFF or changes work after transfer. I try to set it remotely - so I cannot switch off power - so I am asking

    Hi, My PLC has an IP 10.10.90.51 From IT guys I got info that they use Clock server 10.10.0.2 and I should synchronize PLC clock to this server. I tried to set it but no success. How I have to set PLC Settings/ Ethernet build-in tab to read time. Maybe I need sth more from IT guys? thanks in advance Pawel

    I do not know what is the reason, but from time to time aprox. once every 2 days when I trying to get access to NB via IE I can't get access (no ping). When I am next to panel it works, but I see only bitmap fonts, no vector. The best way to fix it is just click SET in NBManager/ Web interface Operation tab and panel gets same new startup and panel works till next lock. Have you had such a behaviour? I have Kernel - 1764 and Rootfs - 1978 thanks for clue

    I sent new kernel and rootfs and it works - thanks By the way I have question: IT forwarded port 9600 to PLC and now I have remotely access to PLC. Can I have access to panel using port forwarding. One thing is to have possibility to download application remotely, second thing is to have webinterface without VPN just port forwarding. How to setup this?

    I write macro which set LB9175 to 1. It is set when projects starts. To check if it works I shows bit lamp from LB9175 and it has 1 In NBMaanager I set user and password for WEB interface, but when I tape IP of NB7W in Internet Explorer I have no reply. What am I doing wrong - did I miss something?

    Hi! I have vpn connection to remote access PLC. Problem is that my PLC has IP 10.10.90.50, but I get IP10.8.100.221 in remote network. I have access via VNC to local PC which has IP 10.10.90.51. Question is - is there any small application, which I can install on the remote PC to set IP routing table in PLC - I want to avoid to CX-ONE installing on remote PLC Maybe there some other way to get access to PLC thanks PAwel

    Functionality of SSET, PUSH and FIFO is ideal for my desire. The only thing is that data (barcode) is more than one word. I would need each element in stack at least 4 words. How I can get it? I read about table, but I doubt I will have FIFO instruction for that. Maybe you could propose some smart solution thanks in advance

    Hi I wanted to show barcodes read by PLC - it has 9 words - ascii. I transformed it to binary number, but still it has 18 digits - 4,5 word. Data history accept double - 4 - words - not enough Is it possible to show such a number in DATA history? Or how I can show barcode as a history if DATA history cannot do that Thanks PAwel

    Today we did really reseach: terminal with third part software checked what is going on Modbus line, digital oscilloscope to check intervals and we found: When I have just one slave connected to panel NB (physically) everything works - reading, writing. When I add slave to bus, frame are sent to slave and slave reply, but panel NB doesn't get this frames and it shows warning - no response. We tried to make changes in setup for port: but without success. In manual i t is not clear what parameters are for. Mostly they should be set automatically, but f.e we checked that reply is on the bus after 10 ms if there is one slave. When bus has another slave the same frame comes back after 30ms even I send exactly the same frame and just to one slave. Maybe you had such NB comm2 behavior in the past and you could get any clue - when it works - now it is completely useless to set NB as a MODBUS master Pawel

    I have 1 meter distance - CIF11 is up to 50 m JX Inverter and NB panel don't have built-in DIP switches for terminator resistance - maybe it is the reason. What resistors should I add to the line?

    Really struggling. Next problem. I connected ma cell converter to NB7 without CP1W-CIF11 and it is working. Now I wanted connect inverter JX and still I had no response, but when I connected 6 from NB to SDB+ in CP1W-CIF11 and 8 to SDA- in CIF11 I got communication between NB and Inverter. It is really strange. In PLC I do not have any code to start easy-modbus RTU A640.00 I changed also parameter for CIF11 and it still works - slave and NB works on 19200, CIF11 9600. To set frequency I use AREA 4X and Address 2 Strange is that without connection to CIF11 I can set frequency in Inverter but I do not have reply from Inverter JX - No response info and display on NB doesn't show Inverter frequency. When I connect CIF11 to line everything works like a charm Could you explain that? - It look like CIF11 strengthen signal

    Hi ! I have another CP1W-CIF01 and I did as ParrafinPower wrote and finally I got response from Cell Converter In NB, but I noticed something strange and I have no idea why. Original software for cell converter connected via RS232,2400 shows value 34056 CP1L using easy modbus RTU from register 40062 - read correctly 34050 ( it is flowing little bit) but NB from the same address read less 34017 - WHY . I checked registers around and values are completely different - so I'm reading correct register, but why value is different. Can you noticed such a thing? My "number display" is declared as: 4X and address 62 displayed as unsigned integer. IS it posible that NB has a bug? Pawel I made some research and values "FLOAT" which I use have difference around +12. f.e If I I read -3.24 by PLC the same value read by NB is -15.09 and If read +330 by PLC I have 318 in NB.
