I am using GX developer software & GX configurator dn version 1.23 for windows 7 professional operating system.while using this i cant able to open configurator  dn parameter window. 

hi-speed input card qd62e counter module.

i already tried but its not happened.the value is going to be reset when power gone.

I AM USING ENCODER IT GIVES VALUE,EVERYTHING IS FINE,BUT WHEN I PRESS EMERGENCY STOP OR POWER IS GONE THE VALUE IS GOING TO BE ZERO.I USE D1000 REGISTERS,I WANT RETENTIVE MEMORIES FOR THAT.

I had checked with lenz make encoder that working fine, that having spec: Inc encoder, 5-30vdc,100ppr,open collecter outputs: A,-A, B,-B, Z&-Z its was working fine with this encoder but it was not working with kubler encoder,that having spec: Inc encoder, 5-30vdc, 2048ppr, open collecter outputs:A,-A, B,-B, O&-O and also we had addtional terminals +v sens (+S) & -vsens(-S) this terminals are in cutted when we had buyed please some body give sollution this problem,i dont know why it is happening.

ok,now it is configured,and i am using loadcell to measure the load which is a compression type one.after creating fb ,and i went to entry data monitor window,i saw the value of load cell in data register,with out giving any compression also it is showing some value,i want to scale that and i need to get the exact value of load cell,i am using this gx developer first time,i need complete instructionkey manual, i need help to scale that value.

In analog module confirguration i'm facing three problems: I'm using qcpu q00u,1input module,1o/p module,1analog module,1comm module,1high speed encoder module. now i'm facing problem in cofigurating the analog module 1.fb conversion is not happening while starting the intelligent function utilities. 2.i can't able to access the buffer memmory address or not able to write or read from the buffer memmory. 3.if i enter that buffer memmory address in the "mov" instruction its giving error about device memmory error. what i have to do anyone please help me..

for configuring qd62e what tool we need either gx config ct or pt

my senior installed this software but he is not now

i'm not having installation cd and i also need gx configurater-pt for programing the qd62e hcm

i need GX-Configurater-ad v1.10L can anybody help..
