looking for some good conveyor layouts using mulitple of conveyors , anything would be helpfull

I just went though this problem I added MOVs on all my outputs added A line filter still had the same problem , the Problem ended up being the base unit was bad replaced the base unit and the problems went away .

I have seen this problem with Heat or Noise Realed problems One thing you could Done is this in Rslogix 500 Software with the Program offline Click on the Card and Advance Configuration , Check the Ignore Configuration Error and download to the Micrologix Again this Solved a Problem i was having it tripped every 4 minutes or So . ( Note: this is a temperory Fix) Good Luck

What are the expension cards , Sometimes this is a noise related problem .

This software has to run in dos , will work in windows 95 when you boot up in dos mode . And you will need a special interface Adapter for your PC .

try Cycling power to the Secondary 1757-SRM rack and it will should come back up , this sometings takes a couple of minutes.

Allen bradley does have a plc called a pico controller which , the software is free and cheap go the ab.com under processors take a look.

for you go to ab.com and under user manuals onlines look at the PLC2 they will have the cable layouts in the back of the book .

yes you could use the powerflex 700 with the VC board that would work fine on you can go with the powerflex 700s but you will need a encoder and maybe a db or regen unit .

Rockwell has asset management which stores parts at your location call your local rep , because the 1395 is a good system drive.

Speed control is we the drive will ran in speed mode at the Speed requested , torque mode the drives runs at the Current reference that is requested , it will run it whatever speed is required to do this . This is used what you have 2 motors on a common shaft you what the load to be the same , so you run one in speed mode and the other in torque mode . I hope this helps .

do you need to replace it , if you do the DL-40 would be the replacement . and the DL-20 convent into the dl-40 sofrware . Also if you are tring to upload or download you could use WinPFT transfer utility what comes with Panelbuilder 32 but only for uploading /downloading

Need to know what motor it is , FLA 3 phase . If you have a Electrocraft motor than it sounds like it is a servo motor and then you would have to use a Ultra 3000 drive . Please send Motor data and could tell you if the Powerflex 700 would work. bc

Could use various systems the Control Logix will work , the Basic card with be a prosoft card . The SLC 5/04 system would work to .
