  1. A1S Output Fault

No they are relay outputs from an A1sY10 Output card.
  2. A1S Output Fault

Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light on a strange problem I have encountered at several sites I visit, they are all using Mitsubishi A1S PLC's. The fault is one of an output fault on one of three output cards, say the output fault occurs on card 1 output 3, all other outputs work correctly on that and the other 2 cards, however, when the card is swapped for a new unit, so that all outputs on card one work correctly, suddenly, card two will develop an output fault immediately......... Swap this for new and another fault will occur immediately, was hoping someone has a resolve for this as it is becoming a major headache, especially as there is no reason for this to happen, logic in the PLC ladder is correct, usual safe practices are followed; ie making sure the plc is powered down when card is exchanged.
  3. A1S Password

Nope, definitely no memory card in there!
  4. A1S Password

I'm sure there was nothing in there that resembled a memory card, will have another look when I get in though!
  5. A1S Password

You wouldn't happen to know where the memory card is located on an A1s by any chance would you?
  6. A1S Password

Hi all, any advice/help would be greatly appreciated, I have a Mitsubishi A1S Plc, it has a programme in it which I am wanting to keep, I have tried to access the PLC using both medoc and GX Developer, whenever I try to access, it's asks me for a password, which i don't have, I then tried the serial monitor technique which came up with nothing, I then removed the battery for 24 hours hoping to completely erase CPU, yet upon reconnection, it still asks for the password! Any help regarding finding/erasing password, or totally clearing the CPU would be highly appreciated.
