sorry heres the procedure -
Heres the method for deriving from the Mac address. (Also make sure to set ur pc in the same range before trying to connect You can connect to the processor via the mini din connection aswell but would need a cable from schneider and also you would need to know what firmware the cpu has in..(Unity or pl7 pro) -
Does this even pertain to Vijeo Designer? -
There is a manual for the implementation of the PRA module on schneiders website -
This will export to a CSV file which you can open and edit in excel -
As far as I know Vijeo designer is not backward compatible -
I dont think you can do this. According to what I know only system variable have got metadata. I have never done what you are trying to do as most of the times these tags are created and activated in the plc with our function blocks....so dont take my word as a definite answer. Alternatively you can use expressions where you enter the variable. For instance instead of saying Level.hihi you can say level>x Have a look at expressions in the help file -
I would just be carefull of using a sensor and reflector with a basket that has holes in it. Rather use an inductive sensor to detect the metal -
Youre username should just be "greedy". Tell us what are you struggling with and what you have tried then you will get some help. Cant just ask for someone to give you everything.....if I do then i would want your'e salary for a month -
Depending on the size of the square.....mostly I would use a Jigsaw. -
It does work. Check the help file for exact instructions. I did this yesterday with a "two corner" screen. It depends how the screen was programmed with the original program. Ps. Do you have the original program in Vijeo designer? -
Cycle the power on the screen. Then rapidly press the top left and bottom right corners( 1st the one then the other). Two corners are the default so if the programmer didnt change it this will work. If you did this correctly in will go into the config before the runtime loads -
Masseytruth Directsoft has nothing to do with the plc's in question. -
Thanks for the 5cents. This topic was 7 years ago Cyrijaya -
I havent done comms to any DCS before. If you have one register in the DCS are you sure its in the 30000 range and not in the 40000 range? Also if you take all the bits in the register and monitor the whole word do you see any value changes as there might be word order differences which you adjust in the last photo you sent.(That is if you use a double of real value and not a normal 16-bit integer). Also monitor 2 register next to each other as their might be a 1 register offset which happens alot. Otherwise you are going to have to contact Schneider themselves to find out if they have a driver for your plc -
Just enable it in your project settings under Tools menu -
Next to the post button there is More reply options. In there you can attach files -
Go here http://www.schneider-electric.co.uk/sites/uk/en/support/faqs/faq_main.page?page=content&country=UK?=EN&id=FA142617&redirect=true Only from V6.1 Sp1.1 My advice would be to install on a 32-bit system and register the software. Then download the correct version for 64bit and install. Then transfer the license rights from the registered pc to the 64bit one. You can try to just install correct version on the new system but I doubt it will take the reference and serial number of old package -
Also what pins are you using on the rj45 plug? Or are you using the db9 serial port? -
Have you tried the modbus(Slave) RTU driver? -
Ok I found a nice tool created but schneider us. Heres a link to a youtube video. In the comments is a link to download the tool. This will save you alot of time assigning IO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUdSHJ4rPbE&list=PLH6rnrRB9Tsvku2Kl3iNfI81rzQcKS6Vc -
Read up on using IODDT's and or DDT's. You can create tags for IO automatically with health and status values in the ioddt for any type of card -
Just a question from your picture. Why would you use so many 1602 cards if you could use a 64 channel card and replace 4 of them?? -
Then when you have finished the tags in excel right click on "variables and fb instances" and import
exact timer 1 second
in Modicon / Telemecanique / Schneider Electric
