  1. 13/01/2006 4PM IST Dear Sir, Can anybody help me in establishing communication between Hitachi AC Inverter Drive and PC via RS485 protocol using SC-OPE interface ? I have tried using RS232 direct port available between SC-OPE and PC. I am getting "Communication timed out " error during inverter identification process as well as " No response!' and the TX check is done only 60% and NO RX takes place. Also, when configured the SC-OPE the firmware number is detected but no other signals are handshaked. I have used PRO-DRIVE software for SJ300 / L300P Hitachi inverters. Also I have tried using Converter Cable of Hitachi but not successful. please send your replies at : balla.venugopal@gmail.com and cc copy to: atul_magar@hotmail.com
  2. UF Machine!

Sorry not able to open the attached file, but it means, You are using FIlterpress or something like this as Prefilter & then you will pass raw milk to RO System. Now my question is, whats is your membrane pore size? Because i feel that your requirement is to concentrate the milk, means to seperate pure water from it or water with minerals or some other particals. It will play an important role on your system design. As your membrane pore size is small, you will get more clean water, but it requires high differential pressure between Systems BASELINE & STAGE pressure.

  5. UF Machine!

Hello to all, First let me introduce myself to you people. I had work on similiar project in milk industries. It includes UF, NF, RO & MB units. I just gone through your folw chart. in this you mention that raw milk first pass through the prefilter. Can you explaion it more clearly that what type type of Perfilter you are using? and also for what? means to seperats Proteins, facts, Lactose or salts. Beause the plant where i am working it consists first UF, second NF & then NF. In each stage pressure requirement goes on increasing. means in UF we need less pressure as 1 to 2 bar. But in NF it goes to 20 Bar And at last at RO it goes to 30 bar. The advantage of it that you can save your energy & increase your membrane life.
