  1. Sorry my friend RSLOGIX 5, very busy today. They are rung edits. Doesn't make sense? On one terminal I did this edit and could see it on the other 2 terminals. I then assembled the edit on the one terminal and it shows assembled in 2 of the 3 terminals not the new one. Any ideas?
  2. Yes I have a second computer terminal on the data highway running RSLOGIX software. It is done all over our plant. We have multiple terminals on the data highway communicating with the same processors. If I am ONLINE to the processor, I should have the running program current state.
  3. I installed a second PLC Terminal to monitor my line. However the online status is not updating edits that were assembled on another terminal, it still shows edits on the screen on the new terminal. What am I missing? It still says I am online. It is AB RSLOGIX 6. Thnx
  4. Have an rj3ib controller and when I power up the robot the i/o (for example Robot in auto bit to PLC) flashes on and off on PLC screen. This happens with all i/o on hot start.Is there a place in system variables or somewhere else that I can stop this? It seems to be a controller test on bootup. The original problem is that I have 12 robots in one station welding a vehicle(spotwelding), If I have a problem I power down robots to repair. I power up the controllers and the robots crash (pounce to weld but do not run program they should be running). Program selection is through PLC( allen bradley I/O through data highway). PLC program is solid. I can't figure out the problem, i just noticed that the I/O flashes on and off on robot boot. This may be why program selection is wrong. thnx
