  1. How to count pulses into DM?

Ended up with: Input pulse --||--------------- ++(590) Works great!
  2. How to count pulses into DM?

Hi! It's an CJ1G-H CPU45. The pulse is coming from a flow sensor and is no more than 10Hz. Will try the programming lines mentioned in the above post's today. Thank you all for spending your time!
  3. How to count pulses into DM?

Take this example: ------[puls]--------------------@+DM10 &1 DM20 1. DM10 is first set to "0" 2. There is a puls input, and DM20 will become "1". 3. The puls falls, DM20 looses "1" It does not hold it, so it cannot function as a counter. Do you agree?
  4. How to count pulses into DM?

Heihei banker! That function will only add "1" once, right? I need to add it several times to raise the numeric value on my TS. Like this 1 puls = DMxx=1 (1) 2 pulses = DMxx=2 (1+1) 3 pulses = DMxx=3 (1+1+1) 4 pulses = DMxx=4 (1+1+1+1) and so on...
  5. How to count pulses into DM?

Hello! I need to add "1" into a DM each time there is an input-pulse. This is supposed to function as a counter to show values on a numeric display (NT-21) Will use a "move" function block with "0" to reset it. The PLC is an Omron CJ. How can it be done?
  6. Host settings on CJ1M > NS12 via ethernet

Sorry, i'm unable to post a screen shot of the settings. I can acess and download programs on both plc and pt via the switch. The host is added under the network. The Ethernet settings hold the ip: 192.168.250.2 and node: 2 for the PT. The host added holds the node: 1 and the network adress: 1 for the PLC. In the conversion table: ip 192.168.250.1 node 1 (plc) ip 192.168.250.2 node 2 (pt) ip 192.168.250.3 node 3 (computer) I dont know if the computer's ip is needed in the conversion table. Somebody knows? And when a program is downloaded to the PT, all the buttons etc. linked to the host are not displayed. If no "write" adress is set in these buttons they become displayed. Why does this happend? Thanks for replying.
  7. Hello. My system consist of an CJ1M with ethernet module and a NS12 PT connected togheter via a regular network switch. The PLC have the ip "192.168.250.1 node 1" and the NS12 "192.168.250.2 node 2". The host settings on the NS12 is set to Network with ip adress "192.168.250.1". I cant set a bit from the PT in the program so i think the plc and the PT are not linked togheter. Something is missing I beleive. Schould the "Host" light on the plc's ethernet module light up when connected? I have not yet used the "CX network integrator", do I need to use it?
  8. Hi. I have problems creating a list in my list selection. My goal is to have the lines in the list to close a contact in the plc-program when pushed upon. I have never created a list before and the help function does not tell me much. Anybody that can help? Thanks
  9. transfer program problem

the com-port was the same. I called Omron for help and we did fix the problem, but either of us understand what was wrong. Thank you anyway
  10. transfer program problem

Hi. I try to transfer a program via a standard rs232-plc cable. When selecting "auto online" the program previously stored in the plc memory can be uploaded to the computer. It can be changed and downloaded back to the plc. But when making a new project and press "work online" I receive this message: "Modem port has been selected. Do you wish to continiue, YES or NO" I press YES and receive this message: "About to connedct to the plc. Do you wish to continiue? YES or NO" I press yes and receive this message: "Failed to connect to the PLC. Please check the following: -The device selected in CX-programmer matches the type of plc its connected to. -the network settings of change plc dialog. -the power supply to the plc -the connection between plc and pc." Then the program cant be tranferred. Any ideas why this accours? The cable used is a Omron usb->rs232 cable + a Omron interface unit. The right com port is selected.
  11. Proface ST panel and Omron CQM1

I made that cable, but the the display still shows the same error. Thanks anyway!
  12. Proface ST panel and Omron CQM1

Hi. I work on a brewery in Norway. A while ago we decided to buy and install a new Proface ST403 panel to operate togheter with our Omron CQM1 plc. We have tried as good as we could to obtain a working communication between the products. At this moment we have successfully transferred a basic screen with 1 button to the ST403. A special cable made from instructions given by the supplier is used to communicate between the PLC and ST403 (we have also tried the omron plc - omron panel cable). The error that keeps displaying on the panel is: "PLC NOT RESPONDING (02:FE:00)" What is most likely to be wrong?
