DEVELOP PID-PLC IN MITSUBISHI INVERTER D700

4 posts in this topic

Hi everyone, I have a problem to setup PID in inverter D700 . I already read the manual to setup PID, but I not sure about the step and starting value for parameter to set in that inverter. My plant is about winder system and running by using PLC ladder diagram. I just need to setup PiD only in that inverter right now. Anyone can help me ? or can anyone give a idea to me .. Thank you.

The PI(D) parameters are very process-specific and almost impossible for us to help you with. To start with, disable I and D, and adjust the P value so that it responds fast, then adjust I value until it stabilizes on the set value as it should. D is normally not used.

Hello colleague,

Set Point for PID can be set from the control panel or external analog input. With a value of the control panel is used Pr.133. Setting Pr. 79  is value 3.

Also be used and parameters Pr.128 - Pr.134 also Pr.575 and Pr.576.

Start of PID can use terminal RH set to 14 (Pr.182) or automatic switch-over frequency Pr.127.

Good luck.
