Hi plcs. Pardon me, but your post doesnt make much sense to me. What do you mean by "tradition". Transition ? In which context ? What do you mean by "fb-8" ? There is a system function block SFB8 "USEND". This is used in communication of data. Or do you mean a function block with the number FB8 ? If so, it has been created by a programmer in STEP7.
