RE-Loading RSLogix 5000

Had RSLogix 5000 REVs 10,13 15 working on Laptop, untill laptop crashed! I got laptop working again but not RSLogix 5000. Did add/remove software and removed it now it will not reload, installer keeps quitting. Looked up tec-notes on AB web site found one said to remove 3 files under Regedit but could not find them. Anyone else have problems RE-Loading RSLogix 5000 before? brett93304@hotmail.com

What does it do when it "keeps quitting"

The Set up Wizard window Closes. This happens when the wizard "Identifing Avalible Versions".

I think an important question is whether or not "getting the laptop working" involved a clean operating system installation. If files that Rockwell says should be in the registry are not... that points to an OS problem or MS Installer problem. Have you called Rockwell Automation technical support on this issue ?
