test FB with CX Simulator

i'm currently studying the applications of FBs in my programs, and I am using Simulator in CX-One 1.1 to test them because at the moment I do not have a suitable CPU (I normally use CJ1M-CPU23). However after transferring the program to the Simulator and starting execution, I end with a communication error and cannot restart the system anymore, furthermore the few moments program appears to run, it does not displays correctly the values of both bits and DM used in the FB. The program is composed by a single FB written in SCL and recalled one time only, so it's a few words wide, the simulated CPU is a CJ1M-CPU23 connected via Toolbus. Perusing the documentation hasn't yielded any clue, so anyone had already faced such a problem and can offer advice?
