Siemens Touch Panel TP27 Password

Hi, One of my customers change the backup battery of a Siemens TP27 Touch Panel without power applied to it.For this reason the original passwords have been lost. Is there a way to recover or reset the passwords? Thank you

Hi Shaulap. You have to know the superuser password. Default is "100". If this has been changed to something else, then you have to contact the programmer of the TP27 application.
