RSView SE Dristributed Ver 4.0

Hi.. I used RSView SE Distributed ver 4.0 and try to run the event but I got the message: Event Detector: All events for component 'file named' are disabled. How to solve this problem? I have no problem with version 3.20 Thank you. James
