SQO and SQC

I'm in the process of trying to understand the logic in someone elses program, and I am having a hard time with the SQO and SQC commands. I have the standard AB literature but its not really clicking for me, can someone suggest another source of materials. SQC FILE #N7:0,MASK N7:20,SOURCE I:1.0,CONTROL R6:0,LENGTH 9, POSITION 1 SQO FILE #N7:50,MASK N7:70,DEST N7:75,CONTROL R6:0,LENGTH 9<, POSITION 1< There is a 150 msec timer bit as the "trigger" for the SQC. The SQO is on a rung by itself Maybe someone can point me in the right direction..... SLC 5/03 RSLOGIX500. In the same breath does AB have a timer bit, other than S4, like Omron does for 0.1 sec, 0.01 sec etc...or am I stuck with the 20,40, 80 160 etc timers on S4 ?? Thanks for any help

You may look at THIS thread. Once you filter out the humor it actually has the basics THIS one goes into more detail but is geared towards Logix5000. You didn't specify which controller you were using.
