GE Genius Bus to Ethernet Adapter

We have a customer with a GE Fanuc 30, 70, 90 series PLC connected to a Genesis system using a Genius Bus. We would like to upgrade their Genesis System to a more modern type front end like Cimplicity or Rsview. Is there anyone that makes a I/O card for a modern PC that would allow us to communicate on the Genius Bus?
