NT Shell & NT20s Touchscreen

Hello.. I have just installed the NT SHell V2.2 software on my laptop and i need to change a faulty NT20s touchscreen. I assume i need to download the program from the faulty unit and then upload to the new one. How do i do this? Also if i try to start a new project i get an error message saying 'failed to open editor' Help.... Gary.

If, that is the correct form. But in the first place one must install right the NT SHell V2.2 software on laptop. The message that gives you, indicates that there is something badly installed, It has to leave you to do a new project without problem.
