Receive timeout

Hi, I am using Finsgateway & Compolet with CJ1W-ETN21. Everything is ok. But now I try with CJ1W-ETN11, an error occurs (Receive timeout) when SD & RD LEDs flash; connect with CX-Rogrammer is normal. Please help me.
