SFC in siemens S7

I have a Siemens S7 Mini and want to use Sequential Function Charts on it. However the Simatic S7 software that came withit does not support SFC. How could I get the SFC utilities downloaded?

The only options for STEP7 lite (or mini as it was called before) are S7-PLCSIM and Teleservice. Options like SCL, GRAPH, HiGraph etc. are only available for STEP7 BASIS or PROFESSIONAL.
