I/O Addresses.

Hope someone can help me. I have a project I'm working on and need to start with the PLC program. I have a 12 slot back plain and will have 27 32 I/O CC-Link modules. Now my question is the I/O Addresses. I have got from X0 to YFF, now I have no idea what comes next. I've never got beyond and address larger than that as far as I can remember. Thanks in advance. Can't find anything on the internet, no example goes that far.
