SIMATIC S7-300 training kit STOP LED blinking

SIMATIC S7-300 training kit not working.

PLC doesn't go to RUN mode, and still in STOP mode all the time.

STOP mode led is blinking every 1 second, even when I press MRES key.

Have you carried out a reset as described in this link??
