A960GOT HMI

Hi, It is my first time to use Mitsubishi PLC and HMI. When I power up the MHI, It shows "system is wired incorrectly! Please change phase sequence!" see the pictures i posted. I checked the power is ok about 120Vac. The communication cable is ok. it is rs422. anyone met the situation or know where is wrong? I am looking forward to your answer asap.

Looks like it is  not a default mitsubishi Error but one programmed into the HMI.

I would readout the project and see which PLC device generates this error
