NX-RS1201 One Touch Tare Subtraction Execution

Hello,

 

Seeking for your help on my load cell module RS1201, I am having trouble on how to activate the Ch1_One_touch_Tare_Subtraction_Execution. I have used it on my HMI using that address for tare, upon pressing the momentary button the value would change to zero. But if I release the button, the value would turn back to it's initial value before pressing the Tare Button. How will I be able to zero it?

Can you share your PLC code? It sounds like the variable is being overwritten somewhere. That said, I haven't used those functions before, so it could be something else.

@BE I have not used it in the PLC code, I just used the address highlighted in my HMI. Upon pressing the button in the HMI, the gross value of load cell will turn to zero, but when I release the button, it will display the same value that's not been tared. 

How do I use a tare in my program?

Have you looked at manual W565? According to the manual it's working as intended.
