Rockwell CCW "source" files

I want to maintain my CCW PLC design in Source Control (Bitbucket) but I want to only check in the files that are needed for the build (the source) and not the build products.

Does anyone know what files are the "source" files for a design?

I don't know if things have changed since CCW Revision 10, but Rockwell always recommends exporting your work to a Project Archive and then import it elsewhere.  Copying the File and Folder structure is not a recommended practice and can "break" your work I am told.
