Traffic Light Program Confusion

Is there anyone out there that can assist me in writting a program for the allen-bradley Logix Pro simulator. I'm having trouble getting started with this program. I'm also green to this programming stuff. I've only wrote a grage door sim, silo sim, and batch sim program. Just returened from Iraq and going to college again. Go Army Dogs! Hey, do you have a MOS in the Army that involves PLCs? I'm a programmer right now. thinking about joining up, and wondering if there was a MOS that would make the most of a panel builder/programmer's skills.
