Cognex Calibration Wizard?

Has anyone ever used the Cognex Calibration Wizard for vision guided robots? If you have, I've got some questions for you if you don't mind.

I think I could use a vision guided robot to help me get through the day. I spend most of time with my head stuck up my a$$.

I am done a couple of cognex vision guided robots (1 ABB and 1 Kuka) whereby the camera is triggered over the serial comms and the image is processed. The camera returns the object position from the centre of the camera image. These pixel values are converted to mm values for the robot to read over serial comms. I havent used the calibration wizard but have used other 4-point methods of calibrating the pixel - mm values. Whats you question and i will try to answer.
