Error while opening .cxp file

Dear all,

I'm having trouble opening this file. It says "Could not open file [FILENAME.cxp]". Unfortunately, the error is not specific so I have no clue of what it could be.
I'm using the latest CX-Programmer v9.7. The error screenshot and the program is attached.

Could anyone try to open in their PC and post a version info of the program used to open it, or if possible give some information why it won't open here?

Second go with a post - please post once. I commented on your other post - crap file - will not open here either.
