Nut Weld Pedestal!

has anyone worked with nut welding. I am working on a project where we are building some new nut-welding pedestals for a robotic booty~y cell. I am going to end up with a hairy controls integration I'm afraid of. The pedestals are simple, some OHMA weld cylinders and feed spears, but all the SCR firing cards and ect. thats were the problem comes in. The machine currently has the SCR's all i need is the xfmr and electrodes. What I am looking for is if someone has done a similar application, and might share programs, cad files or if there are some downloads allready here I can view. I have learned so much from the downloads and posts I think this site is great. Thanks, Gabe
