Help with CPM1A

Hi group, i have a CPM1A Plc and i have a problem. For tow days ago, when i turn on the Plc power the power led is blinking and i can connect it with my PC. If i force inputs, input leds are blinking also. Error led is not lighting. there is anyone error? My Plc is dead? What is my problem? Thanks, Jose.

Is the PLC 24VDC powered? It sounds to me like there may be a 24VDC switch mode power supply pulling down.
