Q03UDECPU ERR. flasing, no comms

Hi all,

I'm having trouble getting connected with a Q03UDECPU via the ethernet port (and USB too). The "ERR." LED is flasing and I cannot communicate with it to upload new parameters so I can get rid of this fault!!!

I've been trying to connect to it using loads of different settings but with no luck. (PC side: ethernet board, PLC side: PLC module with direct connection via ethernet)

I even changed the laptop IP to match the PLC network but with no luck either..

Can anybody help please?

Why not use the USB cable?  Why mess with Ethernet?

If you want to remove the program try to remove the battery for 10-20 minutes. See if that helps.

as above. set it up with the usb, then worry about setting up the ethernet connection afterwards when you have the cpu running with no errors.
