PLC to PC for SQL data logging

Iam new to the forum, I was hoping someone could help me out with a project I have. I need to interface an AB slc 5 PLC to a PC for data logging, This data has to be logged using SQL. A modem is also needed so a remote server can dial in to the system and retrieve this data. Can someone point me in the right direction for doing this ie Parts, Programs, limitations Thankyou all in advance
