PanelView Plus 1500 is freezing?

Hi, guys, how`s going? There is one PanelView Plus 1500 in our shop. It worked well, but since last week, it freezes once a day at least. So we have to re-power it. We have no idea what is going on. Could you give us some suggestions that how to fix that? Thank a lot.
