g72c-vid16 comm error

I have a c200HX processor with a sysmac bus remote master and probably 20 I/o modules on it. I have 3 g72c-vid16 and 2 g72c-od16 in the middle of the daisy chain communications that are in error. Everything before these are ok and everything after are ok. Any ideas

What are the indicators showing... If the rest in the chain is operating OK, they can either be defect a power cycle will clear the alarm.

Error lights are lit on the ones not communicating and flashing on all others. Power has been cycled numerous times on the main rack and these g72c modules.

Have you tried disconnecting them from the chain? Checked terminator resitance switches are on only at the very ends of the network?

I disconnected them and installed one new one only and tried it. Samething??

I changed the RM201 module and the I/O cards came back. I couldn't understand why being in the middle of the chain. Thanks for all the help.
