I am living in New Zealand, and will be sending some single phase appliances to the USA. Q. What is the maximum amps or fuse rating of standard single phase power point domestic or industrial etc? In NZ we have : 230V @ 10A = 2300W and sometimes: 230V @ 20A = 4600W

The normal power supply that is in the wall sockets is 120Vac and the normal breaker for that is 15A Peace
