C200HX and DA004 gives 0x00D0 error - Duplex / Special IO unit error

Hello, I have a problem with installing DA004 card in the C200HX PLC. In CxProgammer it keeps giving me "Duplex / Special IO Unit error" on the processor. This is non-fatal error and the PLC keeps running, but analog outputs on this card do not work. I tried putting it in different slots and racks, but this still does not help. I am quite sure that I have done the IR and DM setup correctly, and I had this checked by Omron Support specialist in Czech Republic. The trick is, I am very much sure the problem is not with the card. I took this card and put it in a different PLC and it works without any problems. I also took working card from the different PLC and installed it in my original PLC - and the error keeps appearing. Does someone have any idea on what else I could try?
