Posted 16 Mar 2015 (edited) Hi Juan, I think that might be tough... I don't know if there is just "one" SCADA standard because each persons needs and requirements might be different. I have some customers that will only use Siemens for PLC and iFix for their SCADA PC software. And then their are some that will only use AB MicroLogix and Pheonix Contact telemetry radios and SQL Server. And then their are those that use a packaged system by SCADAPAK. Its sometimes hard to get a standard for the PLC and Telemetry and a Data Collection system because there are so many and each have pro's and con's. But maybe someone else has what you need, but I will bet that there will be someone else that will not agree. There are just too many variations, methods and equipment available. If I was you, I would look hard at your own needs and build a system that fits your needs, and then make your own standard around that. Posted 16 Mar 2015 "High Performance HMI Handbook" by PAS is a book that talks about WHY and HOW to design a good HMI. It is an easy and more enjoyable read. If you want a better understanding into HMI design then get this book http://www.pas.com/Technical-Books/High-Performance-HMI-Handbook.aspx "Effective Console Operator HMI Design Practices" by ASM is more of a guidelines & standards. It has a lot detail, but reads very dry. If you want a list of guidelines & recommendations, less of the why, then this book is good. http://www.asmconsortium.net/deployment/guidelines/Pages/default.aspx Note, those are direct links the author websites. You can buy either on Amazon as well.
Posted 17 Mar 2015 There is a new standard for SCADA, ISA-101. It's brand new, not even fully released yet. But it looks like it's going to be a good one. http://www.automation.com/isa-101-toward-a-more-effective-hmi-strategy
Posted 17 Mar 2015 FWIW one of the authors for the "High Performance HMI" book is also on the official list for the ISA101 standard. Ian Nimmo https://www.isa.org/templates/three-column.aspx?pageid=124562
