Possible to make a sheet appear "at front" of screen?

I have a sheet, that contains some command buttons for navigating around the HMI screens. I have a screen, that contains a word lamp that I use as a background image for that screen. Currently, even if I right click on the word lamp, and click "send to back", it still covers up the text in the buttons from the sheet. How can I ensure that the sheet shows up "above" the other objects in the screen? Edited 20 Jan 2015 by ct8356
