Telemecanique TSX47

I have a customer who face a problem with his TSX47 PLC. So it will be helpful if someone send me reference/user manuals and literatures for Telemecanique TSX47. I had check the download section but I fail to get it. Also can someone guide me how I can get virtual OS/2 with pl7_3 installed on it officially. So I can access the diagnosis.
