Help me about software DeviceXPlorer OPC Server

Hi ! every one. i have problem the DeviceXPlorer OPC Server communication with PLC mitsubitshi... Now i don't know connect it.. so ACE cant show me connect .. Thank you

I send picture ... i have one PLC mitsubitshi ( Q_Mitsu) , one software DeviceXPlorer OPC Server (mean OPC) ,One software SCADA( Autobase).. I communication SCADA connect with PLC mitsu ( Ok) Now I want Scada connect with OPC connect with PLC... Problem : i don't know many About the OPC . you can't supply me more information About software OPC... You can see picture below:
