PLC-2 Assistance

Hello, I could use some help if anyone is willing! For work, I need to upgrade a PLC-2 system to ControlLogix. The new system will be developed from existing standards and not based off of the PLC-2 code, but it is necessary for me to take a look at the old code to understand the scope of I/O etc. What I have is an .IB1 backup file, but no software to open it with. Do I require AI2? or will anything newer suffice? If somebody has the proper software, would they be able to return to me a .pdf of the ladder logic and descriptions? When I attempt to restore the IB1 file with RSLogix5, these files (below) are extracted but I am met with a message saying I don't have access rights or the files are corrupted.
