Hello, I have a very old omron SYSMAC C500 and there is some kind of problem. In lader diagram I can get til contact 01708, but it has no coil 01708. Is register 01708 some kind of special registers?

Why do you say that there is no coil for 01708? Does that mean you cannot find any coil in the ladder? When you monitor contact 01708, is it on or off? Can you post a screenshot of the ladder that contains the contact 01708?

The module labeled NC11-V1 is addressed at word 14,15,16 and 17. Contact 01708 is the module BUSY Bit. See attached manual. W142E13 C500-NC111 3G2A5-NC111.pdf

I have program only in papers, and dont know what happens realy in there. I only now noticed,(because its in Japanese) that Positioning module is showing COMM ERR, but Im not trying to connect with it. here is also the program part, where 01708 is used.

So what is the problem? What started you looking for 01708?

The problem is, that 01000 does not switch off.
