Allen Bradley 1336E drive

Hi All, I am using 1336E-B040-AA-EN-L9E drive in one of our machine and recently it got failed. I have found one refurbished drive (1336E-B040-AE-EN) with a trader in USA. But this refurbished drive is without option board L9E (Encoder feedback and 110 Vac i/o wiring). Can i use this refurbished drive with my existing L9E drive board?? Kindly confirm. As long as your L9E board is not damaged it should be no problem, these boards are just "dumb IO" there are no real smarts on them (except for the encoder signal processing). Alan
