HMI Problem

I have hmi type GOT1020 ,I use gt designer v3 the green color became paled and i want to know the causes and how to solve this problem ?? the other problem is that i can't change screen if the plc not connected with hmi although the simulator change screen button normally ?? Chances are you set your screen change registers to be in the PLC. So if there is no PLC, there is no screen number to modify.
