got 1020 hmi

I have HMI GOT 1020 and when i download the program with OS (operating system download) the power cut off, when the power on again the screen give me message :the operating system download is broken and when i try to download again ,the communication can't applied I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND CAN THIS HMI WORK AGAIN ??? I HOPE HELP ME SOON many thanks

Have you tried to contact Mitsubishi for support? If it is possible to recover from a corrupted OS load, they would know how. I'm fairly certain the software includes a warning about not removing power while downloading.
