using memory latch simply (to stop)

I want this program to remember that once the stop button is pushed the program has to keep the output stopped. is this right? how is the memory used as a latch otherwise? the closed switch is the stop thanks Edited by wharapper

Before we can help you, you have describe in more detail what you want to do. Do you mean if the stop button is pressed the output will go off and stay off even if the start buttons are pressed again Or will the out put go on again if a start button is pressed? Your program above wouldn't work correctly anyway - but You have tried and that's all we need to help you. I also think you are misunderstanding what memory bits are but explain a little more and you will get all the help you need.
