how to upload the data from shneider XBTGT5230 HMI

hi, i am facing a problem to uploading the data from hmi. i am making a ethernet connection between the pc & HMI. but when i upload the data from hmi i got a message that CF CARD IS NOT INSTALLED. actually the data is in the internal memory of hmi and i want to get the data from internal memory of hmi. please give me the suggestion that how can i upload the data from hmi without using the cf card just have a ethernet connection between pc & hmi. reply me as soon as possible thanks. regards, farhan

You have to spesify a little.. What are you trying to dowload from PLC and HMI? The software code? Or datavalues from registers?
