how to tranfer data into HMI(shneider hmi)

I HAVE A SHNEIDER hmi whose model no is XBTGT5230. I am facing a problem that how to download and upload the data from hmi to pc or vice versa. i don,t have a cable. is it possible to download/upload data from usb or any other method. if it possible so pls share us the cable wiring diagram. Do you have the programming software? How about the product manuals? I have not touched one in years, but I believe the information on the cable was in the product manual.
