Hello, I have been gettingthe error "Unable to open a ME Runtime Application...{filename}.Gfx" from time to time, and have been working with Support to resolve the issue, the issue first poped up in July. I have admin privledges, and full permissions, I have uninstalled and reinstalled FTView Studio, FT software versions are; FT Diagnostics 2.51, Services 2.5, FT View ME 6.1. RSLinx Enterprise 5.50.04. My counterpart seem to have the same issue as well, can anyone shed som light on this? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

ME Runtime Application should have .mer extension

What hardware platform is running the application? Panelview Plus (which model/revision)? SE Station (PC Based)? or SE Distributed (Client/server based)?

I am using Windows 7, 64-bit. This is occurring in the development environment, FT Studio V 6.1, when I test the application, or sometimes after testing and closing the application. I sent the file to Rockwell, they were able to recover it, but no indication of what went wrong, or any workarounds. Edited 20 Nov 2012 by jonesy29847

Gfx is graphics file, the error occurs when I try to compile.
